Restoring health, removing limitations …Respecting the healing power of nature

Illness can exist because conditions exist that allow it to exist.  Health will be restored and any imposed limitation removed as the conditions for health are recreated.  Naturopathic medicine has a primary principle called Vis Medicatrix Naturae or the healing power of nature.  It is my belief that when we rely on the healing wisdom of the body to restore healthy functioning, a more permanent health solution is achieved.  The work of the naturopathic doctor is to elicit this healing by helping patients to create conditions for health to exist within them.   

Within this basic framework, I take a personalized approach to your medical assessment and treatment.  In addition to the standard training I have completed certification programs in low intensity laser therapy, parenteral (IV) therapy, Bowen therapy, functional medicine, live blood cell microscopy, and biological terrain assessment.
